An unknown caller threatened, Senator Hafiz Rasheed Ahmed of kidnapping his family, police said. Senator Hafiz Rasheed Ahmed, who is representing the tribal area of Mohmand agency in the upper house of the parliament, lodged an application with secretariat police against the unknown caller. In his application, the senator contended that an unknown caller who introduced himself as Khatab threatened him of kidnapping his family. The senator also said that the caller was demanding Rs10 million from him.
