Kat to get raw and ready

Being the ‘Dhoom’ girl doesn’t come easy. Actresses have transformed themselves overnight to be the sensuous bikini donning divas for YRF’s prized franchise before. Now, it is Katrina Kaif’s turn. It was learnt that Kat too is going out of her way to get into a better shape.
For ‘Dhoom 3’ that goes on floors this July, Kat has already planned a hard-core gymnastic training session. She is also following a strict macrobiotic diet plan. Talking about the diet, a friend of Katrina informed, “The diet is high in natural, unprocessed foods. It’s low in saturated fats. It could be considered a weight loss diet since it has a potentially lower calorie count. The diet will help her with her stamina.” With the diet in place, Katrina’s training too has begun.
In fact, the actress, who is currently shooting for her other YRF venture ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ with Salman Khan in Cuba, has been taking time off from her schedule for the exercise routine. She has also hired a trainer for herself. Others actresses that have gone on a losing spree are:

Kareena Kapoor for ‘Tashan’: She started the size zero craze in Bollywood. The biggest star attraction for YRF’s Tashan was its leading lady’s weight loss. Her drastic drop in size affected her health and she even fainted on the sets. Her dad was certainly not happy seeing his daughter’s emaciated look. Many critics felt that Kareena
had lost her charm along with the extra adipose.
