LAHORE – As many as six matches will be played on the opening day of the Khaban-e-Amin Media cricket Cup on the opening day here at the Khaban-e-Amin ground on Wednesday (today). A total number of 32 teams from electronic and print media organisation are participating in the tournament to be played on knock-out basis. Each team will bowl five overs in an innings. The PCB-qualified umpires will supervise the matches.
The schedule for the first day is as follows.
Pakistan Today will open the match against Daily Khabrain at 1200 hours. Second match will be played between Daily Pakistan and KTN 1300h. Third match will be played between Dunya News and Samaa News at 1400. Fourth match will be played between Geo News and Daily Express at 1500. Fifth match will be played between News-1 and Daily Times at 1600. Sixth match will be played between Waqt News and daily Nawai-e-Waqt at 1700h under lights. The tournament committee will provide pick and drop service, colored uniforms, bat and balls.

2nd match: Daily Waqt Vs CNBC at 1300 hours
3rd match: Din News Vs APP at 1400 hours
4th match: ARY News Vs CITY-42 at 1500 hours
5th match: APNA TV Vs Daily Ausaf at 1600 hours
6th match: AAJ News Vs The News at 1700 (under lights).
