Security sources have dispelled the impression being created by few militant organizations with respect to killing of grand daughter of Nawab Akbar Bugti and daughter of Mir Bakhtiar Domki that intelligence agencies were involved in the killing.
Sources said unfortunately the perception of intelligence agencies’ involvement in this tragic incident is being created by some members of few political parties and militant organizations like BLA, BRPA, BLNF and BLF as part of their ongoing propaganda campaign.
They said a joint inquiry has already been ordered by Sindh government to investigate the incident and intelligence agencies have already assured of their full cooperation in this inquiry and to unearth the culprits involved in it.
The security sources said it is ironic that some people are trying to draw political mileage out of this tragic incident and also of missing persons issue without realizing the great possibility of the involvement of foreign hand in such episodes.

  1. I found the statement of the senator/senators most bizarre and ridiculous. Just malign government because a silencer was used whilst the firearm was discharged is no evidence. These individuals should think a thousand times before opening their mouth. Pakistan has a very weak government riddled with corruption charges. They have used delaying tactics in the courts both in Pakistan and abroad. Their priorities are very different. Pakistan and what serves it best is not on their agenda.

Murders happen in Pakistan as a routine and they happen because people think that they can get away with murder. There has to be a very methodical and systematic forensic investigation with collection of evidence and finding those responsible.

Just to blurt out these accusations against state institutions is most abominable and annoying to any level headed person.

Why can’t these useless senators ask for a crispy clear unbiased investigation, collecting prints and DNA from the site, make sure that the body investigating does the job properly before they say anything!

Whether it is a common man on the street or some elitist human life needs to be valued.

One could easily say that this senator from Baluchistan should be investigated further. But the government will wet itself soon after getting a phone call from an embassy.
