Prime Minister Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani said on Monday that pre-term elections are possible.
He was talking to MNA Asim Nazeer who called on him at the PM’s House. Gilani said that the option of pre-term elections was open, adding that the political parties, which wanted him to consider this option, should contact him after the federal budget 2012-13 was approved. Asim congratulated the PM on his successful visit to Davos and appreciated the policy of taking along all political parties for strengthening democracy. The MNA apprised Gilani about the various on-going development schemes in his constituency. The PM approved schemes of providing electricity to villages, constructing roads and school boundary walls in Asim’s constituency.
And what exactly did he acomplish in Davos? Oh I forgot. His (really zardari's) govt. didn't get toppled while he was gone. I gues you can call that an accomplishment 🙂
