Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Secretary General Liaqat Baloch on Tuesday welcomed the army’s rejection of the US inquiry report about the NATO attack on army check posts last year.
In a statement, Liaqat said that the US foreign policy was based on falsehood and treachery. He said that the US was on the way out from the region and the federal government and armed forces should not restore NATO supplies. The JI leader said that Pakistan had suffered financial losses over $72 billion by blindly following the US policy in its War on Terror besides losing 42,000 people, including troops.
