  1. This is the right response. Elected government must not bough to history's most prejudiced judiciary and Army. Parliament is supreme. People of Pakistan elected this government and these petty government servants paid for by the people should not be allowed to reject their choice. When elections are held in 2013, the people will have the right to elect next government.

  2. Right response,???? Have you seen Babar awan's response on supreme court notice. If people like him does'nt respect SC then who will?

  3. I really cant figure out Senator Babar Awan. He seems to be indispnsible to President Zardari. He must be brilliant and well connected. Nothing can touch him. He resigns from the cabinet to fight the ? unjustice sentence passed on late ZAB. He fails and then he indulges in sarcastic remarks on the supreme court judges and has his licence suspended and his qualifications and record are called to account . The president in an obvious snub to the judiciary wants him back in the cabinet.
This man is grate but i would not buy a used car from him

  4. Those who think that this supreme court is not biased live in fool's paradise. This is the most controversal supreme court in history of Pakista.
In 1979 we had some judges who could discent , now thiis pack of jokers sing in one voice.

    • I agree that this court is controversial but that is what makes it interesting . You are prejudging it,s decision which itself makes you biased. Let us hear the facts first!

  5. It's nonsensical to claim that parliament is supreme. The constitution is supreme and parliament can only act within the framework of the constitution. Furthermore the executive branch is required to enforce all the laws of the land expeditiously and completely. It cannot pick and choose. The decisions of the supreme court automatically become the law of the land.
