Lahore Djuice Rams won the Lahore-Dehli Rugby Sevens tournament beating DH Gold I the final here on Saturday. Dehli Lions Rugby club lost the match against DHA Greens score of 35-7. Lahore’s player Tahir scored two tries. Delhi lost the semi-final to DHA Gold. Delhi got the third position in the match with Muzaffargarh which was the 3rd/4th position playoff. Saraib Qazi from Delhi played a very good game and the score at the end of first half was 12-0 towards Delhi. The second half was also an exciting half but Delhi was totally dominating over the young travelers from the farthest city of Muzaffargarh. The final score was 20-0. The 7-a-side tournament took place at the DHA rugby Stadium.8 club teams took part in this tournament. Delhi Lions won the opening match against Lums 22-0. UMT faced Muzaffargarh Rugby Club with the later wining with a score of 27-7. The third match was clinched by DHA Gold against Garrison Service Bulls with a score of 17-10. In the fourth match LRFC beat DHA Greens 20-0. The Bowl event was played between all the losing sides. The first match LUMS beat UMT Johar Town 5-0. In the second match DHA Greens beat Garrison Service Bulls 44-0.
