An alleged high-profile terrorist affiliated with a Sindhi nationalist party has been arrested from Steel Town, the Crime Investigation Department (CID) claimed on Tuesday.
Headed by Operations Senior Superintendent of Police Fayyaz Khan, the CID promptly acted on a tip-off and apprehended a most-wanted terrorist involved in bomb blasts at railway tracks across the province.
CID sources claimed that the detainee, Saiful Bugti, is affiliated with the Jeay Sindh Muttahida Mahaz (JSMM) and involved in blasts on rail routes.
They said that during the initial interrogation, the detainee had admitted being affiliated with the Shafi Burfat-led JSMM and being involved in bomb blasts.
“Bugti has also confessed to his involvement in terrorist activities for the past five years. Police have shifted him to an undisclosed location for further investigation,” they added.

  1. These terrorists need to be stopped. They have disrupted Pakistan’s peace through the use of improvised explosive devices.

  2. I heard EU will be providing Pakistan with latest gadgets to help us deal with the improvised explosive devices. I hope it’s true

  3. Terrorists strike again. Our government has clearly failed to come up with a solution to stop it and the use of improvised explosive devices.

  4. Improvised explosive devices are lethal because they cannot be detected. Good move by EU to provide Pakistan with 10 robots and 10 vehicles that would help the bomb disposal squads in spotting the deadly IEDs.
