The Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) General Secretary, Liaquat Baloch Saturday said the Memo was not just a piece of paper, but was a treaty designed to rob Pakistan of its sovereignty.
In a statement, Liaquat Baloch said the incompetent and corrupt government was trying to earn political martyrdom by putting the institutions on a collision course.
Demanding accountability for the corruption and misappropriations committed during the last four long years, the JI leader said the nation expected that the judiciary and army would not violate the constitution and do what was right.
