Communications Minister Arbab Alamgir Khan Khalil on Wednesday said work on construction projects worth Rs 81 billion was going on in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under the aegis of the National Highway Authority (NHA). Speaking in a high-level meeting convened to review the ongoing development projects under the NHA in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and chaired by Governor Barrister Masaood Kausar, Khalil said the country’s economy depended on the commercial traffic plying on these roads and the 260,000 kilometers of highway network.
