The renovation of the Shaheed-e-Millat Road has started and is scheduled to be completed during the current month, Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) Administrator Muhammad Hussain Syed said on Sunday. Terming the Shaheed-e-Millat Road as an important thoroughfare of the city, he said the road was damaged and was causing traffic gridlocks at the Tipu Sultan Road. “With the completion of the renovation, the flow of traffic from Shaheed-e-Millat and Tipu Sultan roads to the Shahrah-e-Faisal would become smooth,” he added.
