Attiya Mumtaz has assumed office as Additional Director Sports Punjab University at Old Campus Sports Department on Tuesday. After serving at the Home Economics College, she joined PU and met all the employees of the department and reviewed the working conditions of her office. Meanwhile, the department also announced sports schedule to mark the birth of the father of the nation Quaid-i-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah. On December 23, PU will take on GCU in volleyball. On December 24, badminton and table tennis competitions will be held. At the concluding ceremony, Punjab University Vice Chancellor Dr Mujahid Kamran, Chairman Admission Committee Dr Athar Ameen and Director Sports Zafar Rasheed will distribute prizes among the top performers.
