Tennis star Aisam ul Haq Qureshi tied the knot with Faha Akmal Makhoom at Garrison Country Club, here on Saturday.
Dressed in a golden sherwani with a rose in the front pocket, Aisam arrived in a decorated silver Mercedes with ‘Just Married’ and ‘Congratulations’ written on it.
Faha Akmal Makhdoom is a British-based Pakistani who is presently working with Pakistan High Commission in UK.
Various personalities from all walks were present at the occasion. It is pertinent to mention that Aisam’s former double’s partner, Rohan Bopanna, has also flown in from India to attend the wedding.
Walima ceremony will be held tomorrow at Model Town Sport Club, Lahore.
