A committee was formed in the Sindh Assembly on Friday on a privilege motion raised by MPA Petamber Sehwani to determine as to why the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Hyderabad was not issuing his amended intermediate certificate.
Petamber in his privilege motion stated that the secretary of the board was not issuing him a new certificate with a correction in his name despite a verbal promise. He has to submit the certificate to the Election Commission of Pakistan.
The committee, headed by Rana Abdul Sattar, would call the board’s secretary and present a report in the House before December 22.
