Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) has given Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani authority to take extraordinary measures in the prevailing political situation.
In a party meeting jointly convened by Yousaf Raza Gilani and Chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, prime minister has pledged to face all challenges and not to bow before any adversary.
Reliable sources said that in the meeting, important issues like prevailing political scenario, Memogate scandal, replies regarding Memo-gate submitted in Supreme Court by government and Army, Senate elections of 2012 and others were deliberated.
Sources said further that the prime minister would take the political and military leadership into confidence over the issue.
Addressing the meeting, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari termed PPP as a party which excelled in sacrifices.
He also regretted that why other national issues like hanging of Z A Bhutto, Kargil and efforts to destabilise the government were not treated as treason cases, while the Memogate issue was being touted as a treason. He urged all PPP leaders to take masses into confidence over the issue.

  1. Kayani & Pasha were conspiring to overthrow democratically elected government in May 2011 after military disaster of 02 May 2011. Kayani & Pasha must be booted out & tried for treason.

    • Brother I am also in the favour of democracy but Zardari rerime is looting the our mother land.

I think these thieves must be brought in the accountbility

present army leadership is quite responsible / pro democratic

  2. No visible political solution is available to save Pakistan. Uegent, extraordinary decision is needed. The unworkable 1973 costitution must be scrapped. Not the Generalas' Baghawat is in offing, but the Soldiers' Baghawat is RIPE….face it or avert it, if you can!

  3. Zardari and his croonies are master of deciet and decpetion. This man escaped Swiss court by stating that he was mentally ill. So why did the dumb, deaf people of Pakistan let a mentally ill man become there President..
