Interior Minister Rehman Malik arrived in Muscat on one-day trip.
The Interior Minister of Oman, Syed Muhammad Bin Sultan, and other senior officials welcomed him.
During his visit, the interior minister will discus bilateral matters and the issue of Pakistani prisoners.
Malik said on his arrival that Pakistan attaches importance to its good relationship with Oman and in future the relationship and friendship between two the countries will further be strengthened.
