Say hello to ‘Naya Nazimabad’

A city will get a new housing project, Naya Nazimabad, “especially planned for the progressive middle income group”.
Naya Nazimabad is project of the Javedan Corporation Limited and sponsored by a consortium including Arif Habib, AKD and Ghani Osman Hum Group. According to its developers, it offers residential units, along with a wide range of amenities i.e. schools, colleges and university, hospitals and clinics, parks and shopping malls. The project spans across a vast area and is located close to North Nazimabad.
“The main purpose behind this project is primarily to respond to the need for safe, affordable and convenient housing for the progressive middle income group. Our vision is to create a model city that is based on social convenience, innovation, better living standards and a peaceful life,” said Arif Habib, chairman of the Arif Habib Group while speaking at a press conference held at the project site on Saturday.
The main concept behind Naya Nazimabad is to provide a sense of community to its residents, allow a better quality of life, give ease of access and provide sustainable development. The project has its own water reservoir and electricity supply arrangements. It is a promising project in terms of offering a serene residential environment that offers an assurance of making dreams come true at affordable prices. Security is an essential aspect that Naya Nazimabad management has given special attention to. It is a gated community supported by closed-circuit cameras to ensure constant vigilance.
“Such housing projects are very much needed in Karachi as one is always in search for an improved and secure lifestyle; which is exactly what Naya Nazimabad offers,” said Aqeel Karim Dhedi, chairman of the AKD Securities.
Also present at the press conference were Haji Ghani Usman, Shunaid Qureshi, Rafiq Tumbi, Iqbal Usman and Samad Habib.

  2. A nice project but there is a concern from many people that the surrounding areas are popular due to ANP & MQM clashes in the past and law & order situation in these areas are also very poor. Of course residence is secure but movement is unsecured.

  3. I think apart from any Political issues this location is really good. I have been resided in T block North Nazimabad for almost 26 years and would like to visit the site. but the only concern is the route which is after Qalandria chock to Nusrat bhutto colony which is recently not a good area to travel. else is good. but I will visit in coming future to see the project location. The prices of Plots are attacted.

  4. It looks me good scheme with all facilities but due to current sit;uation of karachi there is question about the movement in this particular area and so far there is no information about the price of house and plot.

    There is no doubt/ question about the creditablility of Mr.Arif Habib and their group so far in Pakistan.If clearify about everthing specially about the transportation than I could think to buy house or plot.

  5. such as splendid project is I have seen it today afternoon the best sight seeing,park location just like gulf course. fountains,green area,groves lanes fully covered area with security it is nice one but two main linked road kalanderia roundabout & kati bahari is too dangerous to freely movement or transportation mostly ethnics violence erupted there,
    By the way,over all your project of housing scheme is tremendous one unit bungalow.ground plus one are good and interior designing also is fine.each room is airy & bright.best architectural structure more I have no word about your project.I pray for all of you God bless you and keep it up.

  6. kati pahari madni mal hyderi se saaf nazar ati hai is per to koi goli nahi aee naya nazimabad bohat door hai sirf sakhi hasan se raste ko mehfooz banaya jae city mehfooz
    aur gulshan-e-memar se acha project hai jo log samaghte hai kati pahari parose me hai tu parosion se ache talukat ho tu aap mehfooz hai chahe woh bhai ho ya dusman
    pakistan is more per hai tamam log ek jhande tale jama ho jain warna tamam city per america ka jhanda hoga allah na kare sab pakistanion ko mil jul kar rahne ki taufeeq ata far mai

  7. I visited today; project itself is good; model bungalows are mind blowing; when you see them you will feel you are not in Karachi but in Islamabad for moments; but main concern is entrance; if there is unrest around; residents are besieged and no way to go out.
    Initially sales man told me Block A & B is 100% sold on full cash payment; only Block D booking is open and he spread a master plan on table to choose plot from Sector D; but when I told him I am interested to buy 3 plots of 120 sq-yds on cash; please check possibility? He left his seat and about in 10 minutes came back with another master plan; which he put in front of me and said all plots highlighted in orange are sold; rest are available; I was shocked as more than 50% plots were not highlighted but 10 minutes before he was telling me 100% sold.
    2nd when I asked him if they will make contract on Stamp paper he simply refused, where KBCA says always make contract with builders over a stamp paper of Rs. 100 to make contract legal. Then why they are not making contract on Stamp Paper?
    3rd I asked them if they have NOC from authorities; he replied yes from Lyari Development Authority; when I asked him what is NOC # ? no satisfactory answer; I have checked their brochure and NOC # is not given on it either…..WHY?
    4th They have built model bungalows of 80 Sq-yd in single story & one unit to show people; but why not they are making booking of those and why not 80 yards category exist on master plan? Did they change their mind/plan? if yes; then how can I trust a builder on long run?
    5th I asked him if they have approvals of basic utilities like Electric/Gas/Water from concern departments? once again no concrete answer. Why?
    6th I asked him how much will be Development Charges; he replied Aprox Rs. 2500 per square yard; but it's an estimate; it could increase and actual they will let us know after 2 years? Why they are not giving a firm figure?
    In my opinion if we have answer of above question; then it worth to book; and security issues can be ignored as whole Karachi itself has a common issue of security.

    • yes mr tayyab you r right,i hv also visited there and know how to different sales personels ,they dont know any thing which makes me satisfied,there informations r differs frm one another,and now all the persons r changed in there office,and map is also change.

    >>NOC from authorities and NOC Number?
    >>Approvals of basic utilities authority like water board , electricity etc
    >>Development Charges estimated? looking big development charges
    >> Stamp paper Contract agreement?

Plz , Find another Projetct to buy property it seems not reliable ,the area surroundings ,different party clashes is main problem of this location ,we cant move around there safely ,, there are many other projects in karachi , search on web ,. but i Suggest ,that stop thinking to have property here in Naya Nazimabad ,, and now it is up to you ….

  11. Acha project hay but yaha security ka sab say bara problem hay.ausko solve hona chahiyah and Anda moor say souna hay fly over nikle ga..yah ban jaye tu superb project hoo jaye ga..Overall nayanazimabad project is fantastic..

  12. yeh industrial area hy is py case kardia hy industry walo ny aj hukumat ke favour hy kal pata nai kia ho jysy taiser town ka hal huya hy phattanoo ka kabza hy zara soch samach ky aj yeh bary bary invester hain kal ka pata nai ……………………………. phr kon samhaly ga investment wapis hoge be ya nai allha he jane ham ne tw rizk lylia hy aaar ya paar

  13. ALLAH TALAH per bharosa karo insan ki zindagi ka to kuch pata nahi pher ya zamin kia chiz ha ya ha to akhir muslim country la lo ALLAH ka bhorasa per Acha logo ka project ha umeed ha Dhokha nahi dain ga .
