Higher Education Commission Chairperson Dr Javaid Laghari delivered Tuesday a detailed lecture on “The Wizardry of Leadership”, based on his recent book with the same title. The book uses the art of storytelling for imparting leadership lessons to the youth, which has been a phenomenon since ancient times. Stories predominantly speak of the age old battle between good and evil, are read by both young and old, and open the vision of readers to a myriad of thought processes and their personalities in the most unobtrusive ways.
