A man seeking the recovery of his abducted daughter moved a court on Saturday. Abdul Razzak, a resident of Bahara Kahu, filed a petition in the court of Additional Sessions Judge Syed Wajahat Hassan.
In his plea, the plaintiff said his daughter was allegedly kidnapped by a resident of the same neighbourhood named Muhammad Khattab several months ago. He complained the police precincts concerned was reluctant to register the case against the accused, let alone arresting him.
He sought the court should reprimand the policemen concerned to order them to recover his daughter. The court, however, adjourned the hearing until 10.
