Speaking about the decision to grant India Most Favored Nation (MFN) status, Pakistan Muslim League-Zia (PML-Z) Central President Ijaz ul Haq said it would have serious repercussions.
Ijaz was addressing a press conference on Friday. He said the step was taken to appease the US and Pakistan should have asked India to withdraw 700,000 troops from Indian-occupied Kashmir.
He said opposition parties needed to unite against the incumbent government. He said the state was on the verge of bankruptcy. He said looted money had to be brought back through a treaty with the Swiss Government. He said the government had failed to implement the All Parties Conference resolution.
