Autonomy of DISCOs will provoke provincilism e.g. KPK will demand use of Trbela Power for their province. Decentralization will have far reaching bad effects on power sector. Uncertainty and unrest amongst the employees of PEPCO is another alarming factor. Performance of DISCOs has deteriorated manifold and expenses have risen to sky, resultantly the onus will be on general public which is not affordable
