Lahore – Light rain in different parts of Lahore was witnessed yesterday, whereas the minimum recorded temperature on Wednesday was 2.6 degree Celsius. According to the Metrological Department, this intermittent rain and overcast conditions will prevail till noon on Friday.
Citizens came out from their houses to enjoy the first glimpse of rain. They said it was a best chance to go to a hill station and enjoy snow falls. Met office official said that the temperature will not decrease today, due to a cloud cover.
He said as soon as the sky gets clear, the temperature will decrease. He also said that these rains were because of a westerly wave, whereas foggy and misty conditions will automatically end after the rain.
