AFC U-19 Qualifiers: Pakistan to face Uzbekistan in opener

Pakistan national U-19 football team will leave today (Saturday) to take part in AFC U-19 Football Championship Qualifiers to be held in Iran from October 31 to November 8. President PFF Makhdoom Syed Faisal Saleh Hayat wished the U-19 football best of luck. He hoped they will play in an outstanding manner. He expressed his satisfaction on their training and the ability to play well.
Team: Saddam Hussain (FW, Captain), Bilwal Rehman (FW, Vice Captain), Muzamil Hussain (GK), Saquib Hanif (GK), Tanveer Mumtaz (GK), Muhammad Usman Mohkam (DF), Shahram Babar (DF), Aamir Anwar (DF), Mohsin Ali (DF), Amir Siddique (DF), Muhammad Rafique (DF), Naveed Ahmed (DF), Junaid Qadir (MF), Waheed Hameed (MF), Wasif Naeem (MF), Saadullah (MF), Muhammad Riaz (MF), Sher Muhammad (FW), Muhammad Bilal (FW) and Ameer Hamza (FW).
The officials of the U-19 team are: Shehzad Anwar (Coach), Muhammad Habib (Team Manager), Nadeem Abdul Rehman (Goalkeeper Coach), Dr. Kamran Mehdi (Physio) and Fazal Ur Rehman.
Pakistan has been placed in Group C with the Uzbekistan, Turkmensitan, Iran and India. All the matches of the group will be conducted at the Takhti Stadium, Tehran. Pakistan will open their campaign on October 31 with the match against Uzbekistan, followed by their games against Turkmenistan on November 2, Iran on November 6 and against India on November 8.
