In response to a petition filed by a woman against the Establishment Division sectary and others after being declared ineligible for promotion as a section officer, the Islamabad High Court Thursday has issued notices to the Establishment Division and Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC).
A single-member bench comprising Chief Justice Iqbal Hamidur Rehman heard the case of Saima Ambreen who is serving as an assistant accounts officer at Pakistan Military Accounts Department. Advocate Abdur Rehman Siddique, council for the petitioner, contended that his client had passed the examination of section officer and was selected by the FPSC after she succeeded in interview. However, after having been declared successful in the test and interview, the FPSC, on a letter from the Establishment Division, declared her ineligible. He requested the court to declare the petitioner as a successful candidate and order her appointment as a section officer. After hearing arguments, CJ Iqbal Hamidur Rehman ordered issuance of notices to the respondents.
I highly appericiate the above lady who fight for his right and Islam also allows to fight for your right if your are correct well she is correct.
