Speakers at a gathering on Wednesday said Pakistan had full human resources and could overcome the energy crisis with its own natural resources. Addressing at the training workshop on “Human Resource Planning and Economic Development” Director General Pakistan Manpower Institute, Muhammad Azam said the country was facing the problem because of lack of proper management and planning in this regard. He said human resource planning was imperative for the economic development of the country.
He said recently, renowned scientist Dr Sammar Mubarak Mand informed the government that resources could be made available by using modern
technology for tackling the energy crisis. Muhammad Azam said, “We have optimum human and natural resources but we could not fully exploit it due to lack of quality human resource management.”
