Every year, October 15 is celebrated as World White Cane Safety Day. Oil and gas exploration company MOL-Pakistan collaborated with Al-Shifa Eye Trust Hospital to organise a free eye check up camp at Hoti Banda of Lachi Tehsil in District Kohat.
A total of 264 patients were examined at the camp, and 70 patients were recommended surgeries. The company gave spectacles to 256 people and sent 80 to Al-Shifa hospital in Kohat for further examination.
