The Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE), under the regulations governing over-the-counter market, Friday barred the listing of the Privately Placed Term Finance Certificates (PPTFCs) worth Rs1 billion of a company. The KSE, issued notice number KSE/N-5405 on Friday to bar the listing for the time being, citing no-submission by Orix Leasing Pakistan Limited of the confirmation of induction of the PPTFCs into Credit Default Swap.
“The date of listing of the PPTFCs of the company has been deferred and the new date would be notified on submission of the required details,” said the KSE Deputy General Manger Companies Affairs Muhammad Ghufran.
