3 soldiers hurt in S Waziristan roadside bomb

A remote-controlled bomb exploded next to a convoy of security forces in Wana on Tuesday, injuring three soldiers, security officials said.
According to media reports that quoted security officials, the bomb was planted on the central road in main town of Wana in the South Waziristan tribal region. It exploded when the convoy was passing through the road. As a result, three soldiers were injured.
Security forces immediately cordoned off the area and started search operation.
