A 90 kanals plot, which was reserved for setting up a super store in the planned Finance and Trade Centre, spreading over an area of 1,123 kanals near Expo Centre in Johar Town, was auctioned on Wednesday. The reserve price of the plot was set at Rs 11 million per kanal, whereas, it was auctioned for Rs 11.025 million per kanal. The Federal Employees Benevolent and Group Insurance Fund, Islamabad offered the maximum bid for the plot.
The auction proceedings were held at the LDA Community Centre, 239-A New Muslim Town and supervised by members of LDA Auction Committee, including the chief town planner, director finance, director estate Management and all four directors land development.
