Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif directed on Monday that appointments for medical staff through walk-in-interviews should be initiated in teaching hospitals of Lahore.
The motive behind the directive is enhancing existing medical and treatments facilities for dengue patients in government hospitals.
The chief minister allowed teaching hospitals of Lahore to recruit necessary staff on ad-hoc basis based on their need to facilitate dengue patients and provide them with free medical and treatment facilities.
