Former Afghan president Burhanuddin Rabbani’s assassination is a great loss to Pakistan and people thinking otherwise are enemies of the country, Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) Information Secretary Kamil Ali Agha said on Wednesday. He said that Rabbani’s death would derail reconciliatory efforts in Afghanistan and dialogue with the Taliban. Criticising Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Nawaz Sharif, he said that it was ironic that Nawaz started his visit to Sindh by meeting Mumtaz Bhutto, who never come out of his house during floods. Kamil said that Nawaz was first friends with former PM Benazir Bhutto but now was struggling to befriend the Bhutto family’s enemies.
