The FIA has presented the interim charge sheet in the NICL scandal case which includes new witnesses Zafar Qureshi and three judicial magistrates, a private TV channel has reported.
Reportedly, PML-Q MPA Moonis Elahi and three others, accused in the case, were presented in the court of a district and sessions judge. In its charge sheet, the FIA declared Moonis Elahi guilty of embezzlement. The FIA also requested the court to grant it additional 15 days to which Elahi objected.
Elahi requested that Zafar Qureshi be summoned to court on Monday and asked once and for all what he wanted. The hearing of the case was adjourned till September 24.

The matter is in Court and FIA has to prove this in court which he failed to prove in 8 months. It is a case of POLITICAL VICTIMIZATION.
@mashudali, if this is victimization, then who is looting the money of this poor nation?? Every body knows that PPP and ANP is looting this country with both hands. Tomorrow if some one ll question them, they and people like you ll say they are victimized??
