Pakistani umpire in ICC’s elite panel Ahsan Raza has stated that Aleem Dar deserved the umpire of the year award for the third consecutive year due to his consistency in decision making. Raza also claimed that he had dreamt of Dar getting the award again this year before the ceremony began in London on Monday, September 12, 2011.
