Apex Court has been prayed through a constitutional petition to investigate the allegations levelled against Rehman Malik and MQM chief Altaf Hussain by Zulfiqar Mirza in his statement.
Petition also requested the inquiry about the basis of violence in Karachi.
Constitutional petition has been filed by advocate Tariq Asad under article 184 (3) of the constitution on Thursday.
The petitioner took the plea that country was passing through critical phase of its history at present. Karachi issue has taken a very sensitive and serious posture, he added.
Dr Zulfiqar Mirza be summoned in the court and all the record with reference to allegations levelled by him in the perspective of violence in Karachi be taken into custody, petitioner pleaded. Court should investigate the charges and take stern action against the elements found involved in depriving Karachi of peace and security, he prayed.
The charges of treason made against interior minister Rehman Malik also be investigated and if he is found involved in any such activity then he should be arrested and action be initiated against him, petitioner said.
The court should order Altaf Hussain, chief of MQM who has fled from the country, to come back, he said adding accusations brought against him and his party should be investigated and if he is proved culprit then he should be awarded exemplary punishment. Whichever party is found involved in violence in Karachi be banned for ever, he further requested.
Zulfiqar Mirza is the classical example of parochial mindset. In fact all Pakistan must try to find out the reason which compelled Zulfiqar Mirza to scream in such way when the rangers launched operation in the area of Lyari of Karachi, what is that which the mirza trying to hide behind this screaming. In fact Z.M. is the leader of such minor group in PPP who is hosting a great grudge and unspoken animosity against the Mohajirs of Sind and want every mohajir to be behind the earth. They are jealous of MQM and Mohajirs that how a span of peace and prosperity was enjoyed by all Mohajirs during the regime of Musharraf, how such a progress was achieved in Karachi and Hyderabad, and how the Mohajirs have got strong economical position, it is just intolerable and unforgivable to them. In fact this group wants Mohajirs as their Subordinate/Subservient/Mehkoom as they have made the simple Sindhies of interior Sindh who are compelled to live under worst oppression and are wretched in every mean.
salaam, i think it all needs to be investigating in court of justice. who is right and who is left and who are these real Pakistan state devils. if any found guilty in breaking Pakistan, my request to chief justice of Pakistan is to hang them.

1-PPP is doing politics since 1970-71, been in federal power 4 times. what they done so far for Pakistan?
2-PPP can make larkana look like london the next day if they want or sukkur into shangai ..but the whole sindh is a picture of bigotry.
3-ZAB (a graduate from berkely) Benazir (harvard grad-she even provide scholar award in Harvard) and bilawal Tarkari (cambridge student). NOT EVEN 1 english medium school had opened in Larkana.
4-Look at the whole Karachi- go even the poorest place like landhi-korangi or even pathan’s major hold places. LYARI stood different- a total chaos- ppp stronghold.
5-Always money/budget has been allocated to whole sindh- we know only ghost schools in sindh- and corrupted jamshoro university- the CM of sindh has never been from urdu speaking- and 80% of PPP who manage the budget.
6-during musharraf regime- mayor system got strong- and cities/district govt concept came into being. Cities/dist were allocated thier own budgets. Look where is Karachi/hyderabad/sukkur stands now… and see where larkana/dadu/badin are.
7- they support commisioner system….what? you want "selection" but not "election". so that you can nominate commisioner who would work only for your interest rather public interest, and dont want a mayor elected by residents of that area- if he do not perform people will not choose him/her again. BUT you want SELECTION….
so that you 'waderas' can keep the cycle of chaos running. invest 2 carrore in election, become MP, nominate commisioner and do corruption make 6 carrore.
give people yellow cab- make them driver- give people income support make them beggers- take away education- pay railway/steel mill/pia and nominate selected chairman so he can do corruption and made you millionssss…
