Four additional judges of Peshawar High Court (PHC) took oath as permanent judges on Monday. The PHC’s Chief Justice, Justice Aijaz Afzal, administered oath to the judges.
The oath taking judges include Justice Ataullah Jan, Justice Miftahud Din, Justice Fasihul Mulk and Justice Mian Mazhar Alam Minakhel.
With the fresh inductions, the number of permanent judges at the PHC mounted to eight, along with seven additional judges. However, the court still lacks five judges.
