Police has not been able to find a clue of kidnapped Shahbaz Taseer, son of former Governor Salman Taseer despite passage of one and a half day.
CCPO, Malik Ahmed Raza told a private TV channel that it seems Shahbaz Taseer is in Lahore and the police are pulling out the data from his phones’ call logs.
Shahbaz Taseer was kidnapped yesterday in the Gulberg area of Lahore. It has been over 36 hours since his kidnapping took place.
Police conducted overnight search operations and several arrests were made. Punjab government has placed security forces on high alert in the entire province. Despite these efforts, the police have been unable to find a clue about the kidnappers.
