Emirates SkyCargo – the cargo division of Emirates Airline – has achieved yet another milestone in Pakistan. The local SkyCargo Karachi Station has set a company record by hauling 52.87 tons of cargo in the belly of a Boeing 777-300ER from Karachi to Dubai. The average load carried by Boeing 777-300ER ranges from 25-30 tonnes and this record exceeds the industry average by almost double the load. The record breaking shipment consisted of primarily meat exports coupled with some leather goods.
