Takht Nusrati Police on Saturday arrested Nazeer Khan, accusing him of pretending to be a National Accountability Bureau (NAB) person and registered a First Information Report (FIR) under sections 419 and 420. Police sources said that Nazeer, resident of Ganj Gate Peshawar, visited Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Takht Nusrati Subhan and demanded important crime documents after introducing him as a worker of NAB Peshawar. The DSP contacted the NAB high ups to prove his identity after which it was found that he was not working with NAB. He was arrested on the spot.
