Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar would leave for two-day official visit of Turkey on Thursday.
According to a release issued here on Wednesday from the Foreign Ministry, Hina would leave for Turkey upon the invitation of her Turk counterpart Ahmad Dawood Oglu.
During her visit, Hina would discuss bilateral issues, overall situation of the region and international affairs.
She would also meet Turk President Abdullah Gul and Prime Minister Tayyab Rajab Ardgan as well.
HRK is a very positive image for Pakistan. She is well dressed, well groomed and well mannered, and intelligent without being loud and pompous. Her tone and manner is subdued, and she has sent a signal that a new country is out there. To those who are used to seeing loud wailing women on TV, clad in burqa, looking miserable , in their shoddy surroundings, are now shocked to see Khar. We are not all peasants out there. All points to Khar.
