‘Karachi, Quetta on fire, but rulers busy in intrigues’

Jamaat-e-Islami chief Syed Munawar Hasan has said that both Karachi and Quetta are afire but the rulers are busy in intrigues and politics of corruption and commissions.
Talking to different delegations at Mansoora on Wednesday after his return from a twelve-day visit to Saudi Arabia, the JI chief said if the government was sincere to bring peace, the situation could be normalised.
He further said that the US slavery and the corrupt rulers were the real cause of the present political and economic mess.
Price hike, load shedding and unemployment besides drone attacks had made the life of the people a hell, he said adding that the US was making plans for the total destruction of this country but the government was busy in proving their loyalty to Washington.
