Condemning the killing in Quetta, Federal interior minister Rehman Malik has said that the contract killers have entered in Quetta after facing defeat in Khyber-Pakhtoonkhwa.
“They are slaughtering innocent people in Quetta. Action is needed against them”, he said this while talking to media men here at airport on Saturday.
Balochistan, he claimed, would be rich Province after total implementation on Aghaz-e-Haqooq Balochistan. People involved in murder of innocent people in Quetta would not be spared and all measures would be taken to arrest the perpetrators so that they may be awarded strict punishment under the law of the land, he said.
Replying to a question about Karachi, he said, federal Government was lending complete help to Provincial Government to restore peace in Karachi. Certain elements who were trying to destabilize Karachi would not succeed in their nefarious design, he said. Police while taking timely action has saved Islamabad from terrorism and investigation into this effect was also underway, he added.
