Bank Alfalah’s Management Conference on Organisational Excellence 2011, held on July 28, 2011, witnessed the amalgamation of the Management’s commitment to organizational values and recognition of employee excellence. In this eminent event, the performance of more than 250 star performers belonging to different cadres, organizational functions and age groups, was highlighted and appreciated by the senior management of the Bank. The addresses by the senior executives and the speeches by the star performers and young executives vicariously shared their combined rich experience with the human resource of the Bank and served to inspire the employees.
