LAHORE: A 10-year old boy was allegedly raped and murdered in Lahore’s Batapur area, local media reported.
He was abducted by unidentified men when he took his cattle for grazing in the fields.
His body bearing torture marks was recovered by a passerby.
Police reached on the spot after receiving a call and started investigating the case.
Forensic expert accompanying the police collected the evidence from the spot,
Police assured that all the suspects involved in this incident would be arrested soon.
Chief Minister Punjab Usman Buzdar has taken notice of the incident and has asked the police officials in Lahore to submit a report.
“The elements involved in such atrocious crime deserve to be strictly punished as per law,” said the chief minister.
