KARACHI: Adviser to Sindh Chief Minister on Information & Archives, Law and Anti-Corruption Barrister Murtaza Wahab has appreciated the valiant efforts of a team of anti-corruption department’s team led by its Deputy Director (East) for detaining an Exen of Karachi Development Authority (KDA) who was allegedly involved in selling the amenity plots of the Authority by making fake documents.
In a statement issued here on Saturday, Murtaza Wahab said that Sindh government would not tolerate corruption at any level in any of its Department.
He commended the whole team of the Department of Anti-Corruption on its successful action.
It is worth to mention here that Exen Ghulam Muhammad was allegedly involved in issuing fake documents while vending amenity plots of the KDA. Furthermore, he was also involved in China Cutting of the amenity plots located in Gulistan-e-Johar and selling the amenity plots of KDA Scheme 36. An FIR had also been registered against the alleged Exen.
The Adviser to CM also issued directives for a crackdown against all those officers who were involved in China Cutting of amenity plots.
