Health Secretary Jehanzeb Khan on Monday formed a two-member inquiry committee to investigate the incident of reaction caused by an injection administered to more than a dozen patients at the Lady Aitchison Hospital. The health secretary directed the committee to submit its report within three days. The inquiry committee consists of Mayo Hospital Medical Superintendent Dr Zahid Pervaiz and FJMC Professor of Pharmacology Dr Munazza. The secretary has directed the committee to conduct a transparent inquiry and find those responsible.
