PESHAWAR: A divisional bench of Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Thursday suspended the orders of provincial government regarding appointment of three advisors and two special assistants to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa chief minister.
The bench comprised Justice Ikramullah Khan and Justice Mussarat Hilali. The court directed the provincial government to submit its reply till July 31 in this regard.
A case about the suspension of advisors and special assistants has been filed by member Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly Khushdil Khan of Awami National Party.
