NAWABSHAH: Former president Asif Ali Zardari ridiculed Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government on Sunday, saying that they are incompetent to govern this country and only good at collecting donations.

While addressing the party workers, the premier said, he is not alone but a number of parties are standing with him in a bid to challenge the government.

He lambasted PTI government policies and said, “The (PTI) government does not want wisdom. The dollar is reaching at Rs155. Today the banks don’t have money and the economy is at the downward spiral.”

Zardari said that a drama was orchestrated with the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Hamza Shehbaz but he should have remained patient.

Zardari directed the workers to always stick to party chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Asifa Bhutto Zardari and Bakhtawar Bhutto Zardari.

“I was asked why I haven’t called my workers to come to the court. We will prove ourselves innocent. Bilawal is young and hot-headed. Always be with him,” he further said.
