KRL, WAPDA and Muslim FC won their respective matches of the Pakistan Premier Football League (PPFL) at different venues of the country on Wednesday.
KRL routed PIA by four goals and did not allow the airmen to even lurk in their danger zone at Sharafi Godh Football Stadium, Karachi. Samar Ishaq converted the opening goal in the 16th minute while Hussain Abbas scored the second and the third goal in 50th and 60th minute.
WAPDA after great efforts managed a 2-0 win over HBL at Peoples Football Stadium, Karachi. Zeeshan Javed and Zulifqar Ali brought the winning goals in the 16th and the 82nd minute of the match.
In the other match Muslim FC defeated Army by 1-0 at the Sadiq Shaheed Football Stadium, Quetta. The only goal of the match was scored by Haji Muhammad in the 56th minute of the match.
