Punjab Assembly Speaker Pervaiz Elahi has issued production orders for Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader and former Punjab senior minister Abdul Aleem Khan as well as the member of provincial assembly (MPA) Salman Rafique for the session on Wednesday.
The production orders were issued under Rules of Procedure of the Punjab Assembly.
In a written order to NAB chairman retired justice Javed Iqbal, Elahi demanded that both are presented in the provincial assembly as it is his duty “to uphold the sanctity of the assembly”.
